The story of America is as follows. On July 4th, 1776, most of what we now call the U.S. severed their relationship with Great Britain, gaining ‘independence,’ therefore ‘freedom.’ This freedom would allow the U.S. to successfully become the most powerfully moronic country in modern history.
Not only has freedom (freedom with the objective of what?) led this vast terrain to such great heights of political and sociological stupidity, it has also allowed for the creation of an incredibly brutal and tyrannical empire, both to its citizens and to plenty of foreign entities around the world. Other countries that ascribe to brute force in lieu of taking care of their people, (China, Russia, Syria) are, I’m sure, just as if not more dreadful places to be. I’m not, however, sure if they are as hysteria inducing.
